Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and give accurate information. You're responsible for activity in your account and household.

Your content

Recipes, photos and notes you add stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them to run the service for you, your household and anyone you choose to share with. Only add content you have the right to use. Scanning a recipe for your own family's cooking is fine; please don't use the app to republish other people's work.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, try to access other households' data, or interfere with how it runs.
• Don't use sharing features to send spam or unwanted messages.
• Groups, messages, shared recipes and reviews: there is no tolerance for abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or illegal content, or for spam. You can report anything and block anyone from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and may close accounts of people who post it.

AI features

Recipe reading and smart prep plans use Anthropic's Claude AI. AI can make mistakes, so check scanned recipes before cooking. Prep and food-safety guidance is general advice: use your own judgment, follow safe food-handling practices, and watch for allergies and dietary needs.

Subscription and billing

• Planned & Prepped costs $2.99 a month per household, after a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.
• You subscribe in the iPhone app through Apple's App Store. Apple charges your Apple ID when you subscribe and every month after that, and the subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current month.
• Cancel any time on your iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
• AI features are included up to a monthly allowance. When it's used up, AI pauses until your next billing month; it never costs extra.
• If Apple can't renew your subscription, access pauses until it does. Your data stays safe.
• If we ever change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you.
• Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Questions? Email hello@plannedandprepped.com and we'll make it right.

Changes and availability

We're a small team and the app will keep changing. We may update features or these terms; if a change matters, we'll let you know. We work to keep the service running, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
